The hotel is very close to the central station and major attractions. The hotel features a warming ambience. The staff were cute, offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The front desk took my bag to my room on the fourth floor. That was very helpful.

My room had a shared toilet across the hall instead of in my room.

The reception area offers games , a nice touch. The hotel provides complimentary lemon water in the lobby. The building features very steep steps, so consider this if you have mobility concerns.

the location was ideal, right on one of the canals.

The room was hot (no a/c made it worse). i opened the skylight window, but then realized people in upper rooms could see directly in. Privacy was nonexistent. the window closed automatically at 8 a.m. that woke me.
