The hotel had lovely decor but our room was the smallest and hottest we've experienced; not great value for money at €200+ per night even with the window open and the fan running. The service was friendly and helpful, though I expected more for the price. The location was very nice, close to Jordaan and Centraal Station, perfect for walking to planned activities but could have been more inviting. The dining was basic, a nice continental selection but lacking variety. Facilities were satisfactory.
